Can I cancel/ return my order?

After an order is made, you have one hour to cancel an order should you wish. Unfortunately as printing/ shipping is done via a third party, you can NOT return orders once payment is made. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT

What is the difference between colouring books and digital downloads?

Colouring books are physical products that include the complete collection of colouring pages that will be shipped to you once purchased. Digital downloads are a few selected pages from the colouring book which can be instantly downloaded and printed at home, providing a cheaper alternative to the full colouring book.

Will digital downloads be shipped to me?

Digital download colouring sheets will NOT be shipped to you. You must have access to a printer to be able to download and print the sheets yourself.

How will I receive the digital downloads?

Digital downloads will be automatically emailed to you once payment is complete. These can then be downloaded to print. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

What kind of paper are the books printed on?

All colouring books are printed on standard, white A4 paper.

Do you ship globally?

Marsden Colouring Books ships to majority of countries, including: The United Kingdom, The United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, and all countries that are part of the EU.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping varies per country, an estimated timeframe will be shown to you on check out. Please note this does not include processing time for the product to be printed, so please be patient in allowing time for your colouring book to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies per country. For a cheaper option to the colouring book, we recommend the digital downloads which include no shipping cost.

Do you sell on Amazon or other websites?

Marsden Colouring Books does NOT sell on any other websites than marsdencolouringbooks.com (mcbcheckout.com for payment). Please do NOT buy from any other fraudulent websites, Marsden Colouring Books is protected by copyright.

Is there a limit to how many colouring books I can purchase at once?

There is no limit to the amount of colouring books purchased at once.
